Inside the Shrine is one of the game's many Test of Strength challenges - specifically against the toughest type of Guardian Scout. Thanks to a new update, it's now possible to play Zelda Breath of the Wild in VR. This is where you want to jump down from - right by another Shrine, called Muwo Jeem. To get there then, you need to head to one specific peak, at the top of a cape to the south of the Chaas Qeta shrine, that actually resides just inside the southern Faron Tower region, and houses it's own shrine too - Muwo Jeem.Ĭlimb to the top of this grassy peak that juts out to the sea, and paraglide down to the shrine from the highest point there.
There's only one way to actually get to the shrine without vastly improving your stamina or using elixirs - it's too far to swim to, and too far to glide to from most peaks bar one. The Chaas Qeta shrine is located within the Hateno region, specifically on a tiny island out at sea, south-east of Hateno Tower. The challenge inside, named the A Major Test of Strength trial, is a combat trial that has you take on a Guardian Scout IV in combat. 25.Chaas Qeta is one of the many Shrines located throughout Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Grab some swift carrots and you'll be well on the way. Now all you need to do is find it before morning. Eventually you'll see fire across the night sky and observe the fragment land in the distance. Make your way to a high point in Hyrule and keep your eye on the horizon. Mess around at the fire at the Stables until it's noon on a full moon day. Breath of the Wild runs on an 8 day cycle and, helpfully, Hino at the Duelling Peaks Stable can tell you what kind of moon there's going to be. Star Fragments only fall between 9:30pm and 2am and only during the full moon. Don't worry, you're not going to have to just stare at the sky.
These are much sought after and useful for ancient armour and for enchanting armour with the Great Fairies. If you can get there in time, you're going to find a Star Fragment. And because it's Breath of the Wild, that means you can go and see what's arrived. If you've been taking in the night sky, perhaps watching the horizon like Link is above, you might have seen an asteroid fall from the sky.
